2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • The item is not a sale or clearance item. Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

3. Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Intimate apparel (such as underwear)
  • Customized or personalized items

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@cam-l.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Wait for our team to provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Ship Your Item: Securely package the item, including the RMA number, and send it to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The refund process may take 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@cam-l.com. We will provide instructions for the exchange process.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@cam-l.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
